I was honored to photograph Rachel and Sean’s wedding on April 1st 2021. It was a day full of heartfelt emotions that will be forever remembered.

The couple’s story started one day at work. Sean knew from the first time he saw Rachel that she was special and had to get to know her. After sometime working together, their friendship grew closer until ultimately Sean asked Rachel out. Both were hesitant to trust love again, but felt a strong sense of connection and took a chance. They matched online and in person, the rest was history.

Vulnerability drew them closer together and trust came over time to build a bond stronger than ever. From day one, they shared meaningful conversations and became significant roles in each other’s life facing challenges together.

For the Wedding Day, each of them prepared a series of thoughtful gifts which were reflective of their experiences together and the future to come.

Among other gifts, Sean had surprised Rachel with a collection of previous ticket stubs and boarding passes which were all memorable adventures they shared together.

After patiently waiting over a year to reschedule their wedding ceremony in Brazil, they did not want to delay any longer. The Orlando area holds great significance to the couple. Some of their favorite date spots include Downtown Winter Garden, Winter Park, Lakeridge Wintery and Disney Springs. The Acre was a cute, quaint, outdoor Orlando, FL venue that complimented Rachel’s taste and time.

Sean won the girl’s hearts and they eventually gave him the nick name “bonus dad”. Sean always includes the girls and the marriage ceremony was no exception. Rings were given to each of them to symbolize the commitment to both their mother and them.
